Article 3 (Change of Purpose of Use and Use Beyond the Original Purpose)

The Company will change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably deemed that the new purpose is relevant to the original purpose. In the event of such a change, the Company will notify the individual concerned or announce the updated purpose on our website. Furthermore, when outsourcing the handling of personal information, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourced contractors.

In accordance with the APPI, upon receiving a request for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of third-party provision, or notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data, the Company will respond appropriately after verifying the identity of the individual making the request. Please note that a prescribed administrative fee (equivalent to actual expenses) may be charged for disclosure requests.
